Hours of Operation
Office Hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. The office is closed for lunch between 12pm to 1pm. There is a drop box located on the South side of the building for payments after hours. You may also call 877-338-6203 to make a payment by phone 24/7.
**Please note** If your account is in a disconnect/cutoff status and a payment is made by phone or web outside of our normal business hours, you must also call us at City Hall @ 940-538-4316 M-F, 8-5 to advise us that a payment was made. Your account will NOT be reinstated until city staff is advised of such payment and services will then be restored during normal office hours only.
